Store Policy

Here at 4x4 Equestrian we pride ourselves in the care we provide for you to be out adventuring with your equine friends, we offer support in choosing the right product for you and how to use it.  its not just a sale here we want you to leave feeling confident in our products knowing that we are there to help.

We are happy to help with boot fittings, trim advice and even a chat if that's what you want to do.

4x4 Equestrian will not discuss your personal information with anybody without your permission, ie: reviews, trim success stories etc

4x4 Equestrian will swap your boots for a different size if the size purchased does not fit. But only if the boots are unused and in new condtition still. The correct size will be sent out after the original purchased boots have been returned to 4x4 Equestrian.

We offer a trade in on used Explora Magic boots, trade in price varies depending on the condition of the boots being traded.

​

Fitkits are available for the Explora Magic boots, a deposit will be paid to hire the kit which upon its return the sum paid will be refunded minus any expenses incurred.  please enquire with us for this service.

All parts can be replaced on the hoof boots depending on when, how and why they need replacing for if 4x4equestrian will cover the expenses on replacement parts or not.
