WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

New unused Explora Magic boots can be returned to swap for a different size within two weeks of delivery, otherwise it is at 4x4 Equestrians discretion for if we will exchange the boots. Replacement Explora Magic boots will not be sent until the orignal boots are returned

 

No money back for change of mind for purchasing any 4x4 Equestrian products.

If a product is found faulty then 4x4 Equestrian will find a way to resolve the issue or full replacement of faulty product will be made.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Approximately 3 weeks, sooner if we have your order in stock already

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we are based in New Zealand  but can ship elsewhere
